Background

COOLA was founded by Chris Birchby to create high-quality, organic sun care products that protect skin and promote healthy sun habits. Inspired by his parents’ recovery from melanoma, Chris made sun safety a personal mission. What began as a spa-exclusive brand has since grown into a trusted name in both sun care and skin.


Opportunity

The brand’s reputation for innovation helped establish its identity through a range of standout products. However, despite their quality, COOLA recognized a lack of cohesion across the brand. The goal became to unify its presence and create greater recognition and consistency across all consumer touchpoints—delivering on its mission to raise the standard in SPF.
